What you will receive whilst on our One to One membership:

*Private Small group personal training sessions.

*One expert coach to 2-5 participants.

*Unlimited access to our large group classes.

*Nutrition coaching and accountability.

Who's This Membership Suited For:

*Women who would love to do personal training but feel it's not feasible.

*Women who need flexible timetables to suit their lifestyles.

*Women who are willing to train in small groups of 2-5 with individualised programs.
